▸ No refunds will be issued once services are completed.
▸ Our 7-day guarantee does not apply to regular polish or shellac color changes.
▸ We are happy to fix lifting, chipped, cracked, or broken nails within 7 days of your service.
▸ Customers are responsible for their color selection. Any color change request after the full set/application is completed will result in an additional charge.
▸ If you are unable to return within the 7-day period, please contact the salon so we can assist with a suitable solution.
▸ Clients with diabetes are kindly asked to inform our staff before services begin so we may provide extra care and help minimize the risk of bleeding or infection.
